Open Fireworks and play around in FW if you need to. 1.5 hrs. You do not need to do the exercise files. Watch lynda.com server - Fireworks - Rapid Prototyping. Movies 1-5. The last movie is "Creating a Wireframe." 41 minutes actual play time.
